Stir Fried Mushrooms
3 Tbls. Oil
2 onions, sliced
1 tsp. Fennel seeds
1 tsp Garlic pulp
2 Red chiles, sliced
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 Tbls. Cilantro, chopped
1 lb. Mushrooms (choices of button, straw and oyster mushrooms), thickly sliced

 

1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, saute the onions and fennel seeds for 3 minutes.

2. Add garlic, turmeric, chiles, chili powder and salt. Stir-fry for 3 minutes over a medium heat.

3. Add cilantro and mushrooms, saute for a further 5 minutes, stirring gently, until the onions are cooked through. Transfer to a serving dish.
