Delicious Spinach Salad
-Baby Spinach Leaves
-Tomatoes
-Cucumber
-Chives/Aany kind of onion
-Lettuce(Optional)
-Avocado
-Olive Oil
-Salt and Pepper

 

Chop up the Tomatoes, Avacados, Onions, and Cucumber into small bite size peices.
Then lay the Spinach into the bowl/plate first, then the lettuce, then the chopped others in any order. Top it with Olive oil and salt and pepper as your dressing. It is Delicious and Very healthy. Also, It is great for vegetarians because it is a great supply of Iron and Protein.
