COCONUT - MANGO CHUTNEY
Chutney With Coconut And Sour Mango
4 Cups of finely Grated Coconut Powder.
2 Cups of finely Grated Sour Mango.
3 Spoons of Green Chilly Paste.
4 Red Chillies.
2 Spoons Mustered seeds.
6 Garlic pods.
2 Spoons of Bengal Gram.
1 Spoon Brown Sugar.
5 Spoons Refined Oil.
Salt to Taste.
Curry Leaves.

 

Take a frying pan, add 3 spoons of oil and heat. Add Coconut grate, mango grate, Green chilly paste, Salt and Brown Sugar and saute well until brown sugar dissolves completely. Blend the ingredients into a paste and set aside.

Take another pan, add remaining oil and heat. Add mustered seeds, red chillies, Bengal Gram, Garlic pods and finally, the Curry leaves and Fry.
Add this to the Mango-Coconut paste and mix well.

SERVE WITH RICE & PASTAS
