BBQ Burger Kebabs
6 patties of The Good Veggie Burger (Yves Veggie Cuisine)
4 green onions, finely chopped
3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbls. fresh ginger, chopped
14 Tbls. soya sauce
1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cayenne peppers
salt and pepper
bamboo skewers


Using an electric blender with a dough hook attachment (or a wooden spoon if done by hand), mix all the above ingredients.

Using an ice cream scoop, form balls of the mixture and wrap around a bamboo skewer, leaving enough room at one end of the skewer.

Steam the kebabs for 10 minutes, transfer to the BBQ and grill for
another 5 minutes, rotating the skewers occasionally.

Coat the kebabs with plum sauce.
