Patricks Tomato Casserole
Tasty Fresh Tomato Casserole!
1 can flaky-layer biscuits
8oz. sour cream
8oz. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2—3 fresh tomatoes--sliced
1 med/large onion--chopped
1 medium bell pepper--chopped
1 Tbls. margarine
3/4 cup Swiss cheese

 

Please read completely before beginning.

Separate biscuits and layer by covering the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Bake as directed.

Mix sour cream and mayo, spread over the baked biscuits.

Next, you will layer with sliced fresh tomatoes.

Saute the chopped onions and bell peppers in margarine and layer over tomatoes.

Grate Swiss cheese on the top. Bake at 350 degrees F. until cheese melts.

Serve hot!
