Easy Twice Baked Potatoes
4 large baking potatoes
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
1 cup shredded cheddar
Lawry's seasoning

 

Microwave potatoes until tender. Scoop out potatoes, leaving shell.
Mash potatoes with fork, and mix in cream cheese until well blended. Add 1/2 cup of the cheese and Lawry's seasoning to taste. Spoon mixture back into potato shells. Place in baking dish and cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degress in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Great with steaks!
