Easy Scalloped Potatoes

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (4 to 5 medium sized potatoes)
1½ cups of water
3 tablespoons of butter
¾ cup Rub dem Ribs Easy Cheesy Sauce and Soup Mix
|
Prepare Rub dem Ribs Easy Cheesy Sauce and Soup Mix according to instructions. Put 4 cups of thinly sliced potatoes in a casserole dish. Pour the prepared Rub dem Ribs Easy Cheesy Sauce and Soup Mixture over the potato slices. Stir potatoes to mix them into the sauce. Cover the casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
