Curried Corn
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 cup frozen or canned kernel corn
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 pinch granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. sour cream
dash of salt and pepper

 

Melt margarine in sauce pan or skillet. Add corn, onion, and curry powder. Saute until tender. Add sugar, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Heat and stir until hot.
