Cheesy Potato Wedges
cheesy chips with a vegetable side dish
• 2 Large Potatoes
• 50g Grated Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Egg
• 20 slices of broccoli
• Half a bag of peas
• 2 carrots
• 1 tsp vegetable oil


Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Lightly grease a frying pan with the vegetable oil. Set the gas hob to medium. Chop the vegetables and add one at a time to the frying pan. Leave out the potatoes. Stir fry the peas, broccoli and carrot until ready. Leave to cool in a small bowl. Chop the potato into small wedges and glaze with a beaten egg. Cook for 45-50 minutes, half way through, add the grated cheese. Serve on a large plate. Enjoy!
