							| Yummy scrummy spicy vegetable curry A delicious yet really helthy vegetable curry

							| 2 carrots 1 celery
 6 mushrooms
 a tin of sweetcorn
 a tin of tomatoes
 baby corn on the cobs
 1 red pepper
 curry powder- made to taste
 paprika- a pinch
 salt and pepper

							| Cut up all of the vegetables and heat until browned in a pan. Add the sweetcorn and tomates and simmer for 20 minutes. Add spices and leave for 1 hour to simmer!! Walla!
