Spicy Chicken Soup
Chicken Soup
2 cut up chickens
4 qts chicken broth
2 white onions
2 bags baby carrots
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 bag okra
1 container mushrooms
8 Jalapenos
1 habanero
1 bag peas
1 box rice


In a large stock pot boil the chicken parts. When well cooked, pull chicken from stock pot, and add chicken broth to pot. Dice or slice the onions, jalapenos, and habanero into the pot. Shread the chicken and add to stock pot after it cools some.Add the carrots, tomatoes including juice, peas and okra to pot and cook until carrots are tencer. Add rice and cook until rice is done.
Preparation Time: 3 hours total cooking time Serves: 12 plus
