Frannies Fantastic Chili
Mild, but Flavorful, Thick and Delicious!
1-2 onions
2 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
2 Tbls. flour
1 cup water
chili powder, to taste
salt and pepper

Saute gound beef with onions. Drain grease off meat, then add worcestershire sauce; let simmer for about 2 minutes. Add canned tomatos, tomato soup and beans.

Make a paste of flour, 1 cup water and chili powder. I only use 2-3 tablespoons because our family likes the chili mild. Add salt and pepper to taste.

The longer you let it simmer, the better it is. Cook at least one hour. Tastes even better the second day. I usually at least double the recipe and put some of it up in the freezer.
