Diane's Seafood Vegetable Soup
Seafood & Vegetables
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 cans water (fill empty soup cans with water)
1/4 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 Zuchinni, diced
1/4 Yellow Zuchinni Squash, diced
1/4 Red Onion, diced
Approx. 15-20 Shrimp, chopped and diced
2-3 whole new red potatoes, diced
Fresh squeezed lime juice from 1/2 lime
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. freshly crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter


Combine all ingredients into a stock pot. On high heat bring to a boil, stirring often.

Reduce heat and simmer for 60-90 minutes.

Stir occasionally to keep vegetables from sticking to bottom of pot.

Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes Serves: 4-6
