California Chili
Healthful Alternative to Traditional Chili!
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. paprika
2 green onions, chopped, with tops
1 cup catsup
2-3 cups water
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbls. canola oil
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 large avocado, sliced


Brown turkey and chopped green onion in canola oil.

Add water, catsup, paprika, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve in colorful bowls.

Add 2-3 slices of avocado to each bowl. Top with a tablespoon of yogurt and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sprouts.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes Serves: 3-4
