Salmon Cakes
1 can Salmon (drained and flaked)
1 Tbls. minced onion
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbls. mayonnaise
1 large egg, beaten

 

Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Shape into 4 patties.

Fry in hot oil over medium-high heat until golden brown on each side.

Yummy!
