Peixe a Delicia - Delicious Fish
Portuguese Delicious Fish
2 lb. 3oz. Sea Bass fillets
4 ripe bananas
2 soup spoons of butter
1 can condensed milk or small container of sour cream
4 oz. curdled cheese or feta cheese
Assorted vegetables to garnish fish
salt and pepper


Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, grill them or golden fry them in a pan with a small amount of butter.
Peel the bananas and cut them in half, lengthwise. Golden fry them in butter.
In a baking dish, pour the condensed milk or sour cream and arrange the fish fillets and banana slices. Pour the rest of the cream over them, along with crumbs of cheese and put in the oven at 350 degrees F.
Serve with vegetables seasoned in butter.
