PRAWN AND CURRY
prawns cooked in chutney with coconut milk
1 kg deveined prawns
4 tomatoes / 1 can tomotoes
coconut milk
2 green/red chillis chopped
1/2 small onion
coriander - few leaves(dressing)
garum masala (spice shop)- 1 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
salt to taste
butter - 2 tsp
garlic - 1/2 tsp
oil - vegetable


 

marinate prawns with shells in crushed garlic and butter.
heat oil, add onion slices, chillies, and spices till onion brown. then add tomotoes(grates/pureed). add salt. let it cook for 10 min. add prawn and coconut milk. then it cook for another 10-15 min till, dress with corainder leaves. serve on basmati rice.
