Fish 'n' Chips
cheesy chips and fish fingers
• 150g ready cook chips
• 200g cod fillet
• 2 eggs
• bread crumbs
• vinegar
• ketchup (optional)
• 50g cheese of your choice


Preheat the gas hob to mediam and the oven to 180ºC. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until frothy. Grate the cheese into a bowl and sprinkle onto chips. Fry the cod fillet on the gas hob for about 5 minutes or until ready. Cook the chips for about 10 minutes or until ready. Dip the cod in the egg and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Serve on plates. Enjoy!
