							| Sweet and Sour Sauce Perfect for Dipping!

							| 1 1/2 cups Ketchup 2/3 cup brown sugar
 2/3 cup sugar
 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 2 thin slices fresh ginger root
 1 lemon

							| Mix ketchup, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger root in a small bowl.  Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the first mixture.  Mix well.  Bring to a boil in the microwave.  Stir.
 Set aside to cool.  Remove and discard the ginger root pieces.
 
 Note- This keeps well up to 6 months in the refrigerator!
