Super Signature Marinade
Great Marinade Plus a Sauce!
1 cup dry red wine, such as Burgundy
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. dried Taragon
1 tsp. dried Rosemary
1 tsp. dried Thyme


Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and simmer lightly.

Cool and store in the refrigerator.

For Ribs - Marinate the rib slabs overnight, saving the additional marinade to baste with while cooking.

Variation for London Broil-
Add 2 Tbls. of cornstarch and simmer (cook) for 3-5 minutes or until marinade thickens into a sauce. Marinade overnight. Cook to your preferred stage. Serve as a sauce also.
