Steak Fajita Marinade
1 lb. skirt steak
juice of one lime
3 cloves of garlic( peeled and minced)
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 fresh jalapeno, deseed and chop finely
3 Tbls. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

 

Cut skirt steak into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place steak in a shallow dish

Take remaining ingredients and add them to a container with a leak proof lid. Put on the leak proof lid and shake ingredients until well mixed.

Drizzle marinade over chopped steak pieces and make sure they are completely covered. Put plastic wrap over the dish and let sit in the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours. The longer the better!
