Queenslander Sauce
Seafood Sauce
60 g. butter/margarine
1 lemon
2 tablespoons of parsley
2 tablespoons of finely chopped macadamia nuts

 

Melt 60g of butter or margarine over a medium heat in a clean pan. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 2 tablespoons minced parsley and 2 tablespoons of finely chopped toasted macadamia nuts. Heat until sauce bubbles, stirring, and pour over hot grilled fish.
