Marinade
A Simple Marinade for Beef, Pork, and Chicken
1/2 cup pure virgin olive oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
6 cloves garlic, chopped
finely diced herbs; oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, and cilantro

 

Mix all the ingredients together & use for marinating your meat or chicken.
You can also heat this up & use it for dipping your meat or chicken at the table.
