Apple Butter

6 cups pureed apple sauce(I use unsweetened in the big jars)
2 cups sugar or to taste
2 Tbls. cinnamon
3 Tbls. cider vinegar
|
Put in chicken roaster, mix in all ingredients and bake at 275 degrees, put chicken roaster cover on, stirring once in awhile till desired thickness. Put in jars with lid store in fridge. You will like this better than store bought!
