Bruschette with White Truffle Honey
A wonderful appetizer
1 loaf of good organic semolina Italian bread or cibatta
Small cup of Organic sheeps milk Ricotta, or goat’s milk ricot
1 jar of da Rosario USDA 100% Organic White Truffle Honey.

 

Slice on the bias the bread. Two slices per person. Grill the bread in a grill pan on one side ( or a gas grill works too) to medium color with grill marks.

Take 1 table spoon of ricotta and spread on bread and with an espresso spoon dip it into the jar of honey and drizzle over bread, then add a pinch of sea salt.

Serve two slices per person with a great white wine.
