Warm Seafood Caesar Salad
8 Large Sea Scallops Quartered
8 Large Shrimp
3 chopped garlic cloves
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup of Caesar Dressing
1 bunch of Romain Lettuce cut up
1/4 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan


In individual salad plates, evenly divide the lettuce.
In large pan, saute butter and garlic, add scallops and shrimp. Fry about 4 minutes. Add caesar dressing to the frying pan. Simmer until bubbling.

Remove from heat and divide evenly among salad plates. Top with Parmesan cheese.
