Vegetable Salad
1 15oz. can white or yellow corn
1 can june green peas
1 15oz. can french style green beans
1 can pinto beans
1/2 cup chopped pimentos
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbls. water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper


Hint: Make the dressing first, then chop vegetables. And if you have a food processor of any kind, it will speed up prep time alot. Thoroughly drain all vegetables. Mix dressing ingredients in saucepan; bring to a rolling boil and allow to boil 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate. Keeps well.
