Turkey Salad
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup chopped celery (1 stalk)
1/4 cup diced onion
1 chopped hard-cooked egg
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds (optional)


While hard-cooked egg cools, combine turkey, celery, onion, cranberries and salt. Add egg and mayonnaise. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours. Before serving stir in sliced almonds if desired.

Great for post-Thanksgiving leftovers! Serve on mixed greens or your favorite bread.
