Tasty Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad with Miracle Whip!
1 lb. elbow macaroni
3/4 of quart jar Miracle Whip mixed with a 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup vinegar
1 green bell pepper, dice half and save other half
1/2 peeled cucumber, seeded and diced, opt.
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 Tbls. fresh parsley, chopped fine


Put the macaroni on to cook. While macaroni is cooking, chop up and prepare all the vegetables.

Remember to stir the macaroni as it is cooking.

When the macaroni is cooked, drain, thenrinse with cold water and drain well. It can sit in the colander if you are not done with the vegetables

Then sprinkle well with salt and pepper. Mix.

Put in all the ingredients except the Miracle Whip. Mix.

Put in the Miracle Whip and mix well.

Pour into serving bowl or pan.
Decorate the top with whatever you like.

I sprinkle it with paprika and fresh parsley. I use the half of the green pepper for strips. Sometimes I put cherry tomatoes on top, or strips of carrot, or whatever I have at the time for eye appeal.
