Potato Salad for a Crowd
Easy and delicious
10 lb.s white all-purpose potatoes
12 eggs
2 cups celery
1 cup green onions
1 quart Miracle Whip
Salt to taste


Cook potatoes with skin on in salted water until tender but not mushy. Cool and take off skin. Cut into medium sized cubes.

Hard cook the eggs. Peel and chop.

Slice onions thinly but not too thin.

Slice or dice celery.

Put all ingredients in a big bowl, add the Miracle Whip, stir gently but well.

Preparation Time: 2 hours Serves: 20 or more
