Perfect Chicken Salad
1 whole rotisserie chicken
20 green grapes cut in half
2 stalks of celery cut thinly
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 green apple, peeled and finly diced
1 c. mayo
1 tsp of cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste

 

You will want to remove all the chicken from the rotisserie chicken and throw it in a bowl. Add all other ingredients except mayo, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Combine those seperately then pour over the chicken mixture and toss evenly to coat everything. I personally prefer this on a croissant, but it is absolutely delicious anyway you eat it.
