Magic Green Chicken Salad
1 Whole chicken, boned and cubed
1/2 Red Onion, diced
2 Whole stalks celery, diced
2 Whole Crisp Pickles, Chopped
2 Whole Carrots, shredded
1 cup chopped nuts, I recommend pecans or walnuts
1 1/2 cups Veganiase
1 cup Hulled hemp seed
2 Tbsp. Hemp Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper


Boil Chicken, remove meat from bone and chop into 1-2 inch cubes.

Dice 1/2 medium red onion and 2 whole stalks of celery.

Chop 2 whole crisp pickles – sweet or sour

Shred 2 whole large carrots.

Combine all ingredients

Tip: Serve on fresh bread, crackers, or in a wrap.
