Kentucky Fried Chicken Cole Slaw Recipe
Secret Recipe for Cole Slaw Dressing |

1/8 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup salad dressing
|
Mix together thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.
Double or multiply the above for larger amounts of dressing. This can be stored up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Cole Slaw Basic:
Shredded Cabbage mixed with shredded carrots, if desired. Celery seed can be added to the slaw as another option.
Note:
Black Pepper used in all Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) recipes is fresh ground pepper mill pepper.
