Federer's delight
Ranch over lettuce and vegetables
1 Iceberg Lettuce
1 small onion
1 small tomato
5-6 pickled green olives
5 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Tabasco Original sauce
1 small potato
100 ml white vinegar


1. Put the potato on boil at high flame till it is easily pierced by a fork. Should take about 15 minutes.
2. Cut the onion in layers as per your liking. I prefer thin layers.
3. Chop the tomato in small pieces.
4. Put the onion and tomato in vinegar and let it set for about 15 minutes.
5. Remove the outer lettuce layer and cut the stem. Pound the lettuce head on table and break down the leaves in small pieces.
6. Add onions, tomato, olives and potatoes to the lettuce. (Remove the vinegar)
7. Add as much tabasco sauce as you want and mix the vegetables thoroughly.
8. Garnish with Ranch Dressing.
Chill the salad in the freezer for about 15 minutes and serve.
