Chicken cordon blue salad
chicken coated in bread crumbs, chesse and salad.
Salad mix,Fourchicken breasts,1/2 swiss chesse, 3 c.bread crumbs,4 eggs, desired vegetebles

Dip four chicken breasts in beated egg then coat in bread crumbs. Preheat oven to 350 and spread dipped and coated chicken breats on pan. Cook for 20-25 minutes.Put salad mix in bowl with desired veggies and thinly slice swiss chesse.Take chicken out when fully cooked and put one breast on the salad imedeatley.Next put the sliced chesse on and serve right away.
