Wednesday Afternoon Chicken
Semi-Spicy chicken. easy to make
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Olive Oil
Ranch Dressing
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Louisiana Cajun Season


Fully Defrost Chicken
While Defrosting Coat Bottom of Pan with an even blanket of Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Adobo, and Louisiana Cajun Seasoning.
(Make sure the pan's bottom is about the size to fit the chicken, too much extra pan with cause too much extra sause.)
Cook Olive Oil mixture alone for about 2 mintues while chicken defrosts.
Put chicken in Pan cut into smaller thinner layers.
Coat chicken with garlic poweder, adobo, chili powder, and louisiana cajun spice.
Let cook for about 5 minutes on med/med-low.
Add a Light to med dusting of ranch dressing, depending on how much you like it.

Cook chicken and ENjoy
