							| Tarragon Spice Chicken

							| 1 cup white wine 2 Tbls. fresh tarragon leaves
 dash sage
 1-2 chicken breasts
 1 Tbls. Silver Swan soy sauce
 dash sugar or 1 tsp. honey
 fresh thyme and tarragon leaf garnish

							| In a skillet, place the chicken breasts.  Add the wine, soy sauce, spices, and honey.  Let the chicken cook on a very low heat, about 30 minutes, until tender, but not dry.  You may need to turn the chicken breasts over half way through.
 
 Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and a sprig of tarragon.  Serve with fresh green beans.  You can serve this with a wild rice blend mixed with fresh white rice, or scalloped glazed turnips.
