Oven-Roasted Tandoori Chicken
1 lb. Chicken
1 tsp. Red chili powder
1 cup Yogurt
2 Tbls. Ginger paste
2 Tbls. Garlic paste
2 Tbls. Lemon juice
3 tsp. Chili powder
3 Tbls. Sesame oil
salt, as needed


Wash and clean the chicken. Make incisions with a sharp knife on breast and leg pieces and keep it aside.

Take a bowl, add oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, chili powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well. Apply this marinade onto the chicken pieces and refrigerate for three to four hours.

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. and cook the chicken for 30 minutes.

For garnishing use onion rings and lemon wedges.
