Elma Fried Chicken
Breading Recipe For Fried Chicken
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup TVP
1TBSP Ground Ginger
1TBSP Rosemary
1TBSP Spike (Combination seasoning)
1Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1Tsp Sea Salt
4 Chicken thighs
1 Cup Safflower oil

 

Wash the chicken thighs.
Combine all the spices and flour and TVP in a wide bowl.
Pour the oil in a skillet or frying pan and turn on medium heat.
Cover each chicken thigh individually with the mixture.
Immediately place the chicken in the hot oil.
Cook fo 25 minutes, turning the chicken every 5 minutes.
