Creamed Turkey In Stuffing

2 cups leftover stuffing
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 Tbls. butter
1 1/2 Tbls. flour
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 dash poultry seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Press stuffing in bottom of a greased baking dish.
Saute onion and celery in butter ands stir in flour until well mixed. Gradually stir in evaporated milk over low heat until sauce thickens. Stir in remaining ingredient and mix well.
Spoon on top of stuffing and bake for 25-30 minutes.
