Chicken With Chives and Dill
A Fresh-tasting Kind of Chicken!
4 chicken filets
1 tsp. salt
1 ml pepper
1 Tbls. butter
1 cup creme fraiche light or sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 chicken stock cube
1 tsp. soy
1 Tbls. honey
Shredded peel and pressed juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbls. chopped dill
2 Tbls. chopped chives


Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Brown the chicken with butter on both sides in a frying pan.

Mix creme fraiche, water, stock cube, soy, honey and lemon juice in a saute pan.

Put the chicken in the pan and let it boil under lid for about 10 minutes.

Serve with boiled potatoes and leek.
