Chicken Spagettini
500 g. Spaghettini
2-3 Tbls. olive oil
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (700 ml)jar of pasta sauce
salt and pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese (optional)

 

Cook spaghettini, according to package directions.

Heat oil, saute chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.

Add onion and green pepper, saute 4-5 minutes.

Stir in Sauce and reserved chicken, simmer 2-3 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

You can add any other desired seasonings.

Serve sauce over spaghettini and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
