Chicken Broccoli Pie with Cheese

3 chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
pie crust
salt and pepper to taste
|
Cook 3 chicken breasts and let cool then cut it into cubes. In a large bowl, cut up the broccoli and add the chicken, add everything and mix together. Pour into a prepared pie shell..place top crust on pie, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-45 min, till crust is golden brown, and broccoli is cooked. Let sit for a few min, so sauce can thicken up a little bit. Serve!
