Uh Oh Hot Dogs
Hot hot hot dogs!
4 hot dogs
4 oz. horseradish or spicy mustard
1 tsp. cayenne powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup onion


Cook hot dogs on grill, or pan-sear. Mince/chop garlic and onion. Thoroughly stir cayenne and chili powder, garlic and onion into mustard in a small serving dish.
Slice hot dogs into 1/2-inch coins and place on serving plate.
Serve hot dogs with mustard as a dip. Pairs well with light beer.
