Baked Pork Wrapped with Kimchi
pork 200g (fatback), spices(1/4 cup of juice of onion, 1/4 cup of juice of apple, 1 tablespoons of refined rice wine, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoons of salt, Kimchi 200g(not chopped one)

① Mix all of the spices altogether in a bowl.
② Put the meat in the above bowl and leave it for 20 minutes.
③ Wash Kimchi under running water and squeeze it in order to remove moisture.
④ Spread Kimchi and put the meat on it.
⑤ Roll the Kimchi and meat together and fix it with a toothpick.
⑥ Bake the roll in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
