Sausage Rolls
Your favourite sauge wrapped in puff pastry
4 sheets of your favorite puff pastry
8 Pork sausages
1 egg
100mL of room temperature milk


Preheat oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit. 220 Degrees Celsius.
Thaw out sausages for 2 minutes on medium.Place a moderate amount of oil in the bottom of a frying pan.Fry the sausages for 4 minutes on each side. Cut pastry sheets in quarters. Cut the sausage in half and immediately wrap the pastry around the sausage half and wrap up the edges. Place the sausages on a baking tray and place in the already preheated oven for 15-30 minutes or until golden brown
