Pumpkin-Cream Cheese Pie
Pumpkin pie with cream cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg

1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon each ginger and nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup evaporated milk


Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; add the egg and mix well. Spread on bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices and salt; mix well. Blend in eggs and evaporated milk. Gently pour onto cheese mixture in pie crust; bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes. Cool before serving; store in refrigerator.
