Easy Bananalaska Cream Pie
Easy and Delicious
1 Premade Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 Package Instant Vanila Pudding
2 Bananas
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Almond Flavoring (optional)
1/2 cup Sugar

First, cut up thin slices of one banana and lay them out on the pie crust.

Second, follow the instructions on the instant vanilla pudding and pour directly into the pie crust.

Then, cut up the second banana and place on top of the pudding. Refrigerate pie crust for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Make the pie topping just before pie finishes setting. Pour the egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and almond flavoring into the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.

Take the pie out of the fridge and add topping to the top of the pie (make sure to make small peaks on the top of the pie).

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and place pie into the oven.

Watch the pie carefully, because you will take it out of the oven right when the topping turns a light brown. When the pie topping turns light brown put the pie in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool.

ENJOY!
