Apple Cheesecake
Different & Delicious Dessert!
Large Keebler Ready Crust or make your own 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust. Directions Below.
1 21oz. can Comstock Apple Pie Filling/Topping, Chilled
2 Tbls. Toasted Chopped Pecans (See recipe for directions)
1 Tbls. Lemon Juice (Real Lemon is Okay)
1/8 tsp. salt, pinch
2 Eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened


Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Mix until well blended.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

Place crust on baking sheet or cookie sheet and pour in filling.

Bake for 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

Spread and Apple filling and arrange slices evenly over cooled cheesecake.

Garnish with toasted pecan pieces.

Toasted Pecan Pieces:
Spread out pecan pieces evenly on baking sheet. Place in the center of a 375 degree F. oven for 3-5 minutes.

Graham Cracker Crust:
Melt 1 cup butter or margarine in a saucepan. Using food processor or by placing in plastic bag and crushing, crush 1 cup of graham crackers finely. Pour melted butter into pie plate. Add crushed graham crackers and mix together. With the back of a large spoon, spread mixture over the bottom and up the sides of the pan.

Place in the center of a 350 degree F. (Medium) oven for 3-4 minutes. Remove and cool.
