SPAGHETTI IN WHITE SAUCE
Variety Spaghetti Preparation
500 grams of Spaghetti.
200 grams of clarified butter (ghee).
50 grams of All purpose flour.
100 grams of Button mushrooms, each cut into two pieces.
White Pepper powder - 1 spoon.
150 ml of Milk.
3 Ripe Tomatoes-cut into pieces.
6 Garlic pods - finely chopped.
4 Chopped Green Chillies.
Salt to taste.

 

Adding one spoon of ghee, boil the spaghetti until tender, drain water and keep aside.

To a pan add ghee and heat. Add chopped garlics and saute until brown. Add all purpose flour and fry until brown. Now add the milk slowly and prepare sauce. To this add tomato pieces, green chilly pieces and button mushrooms and allow to simmer until the preparation thickens.

Add the spaghetti, white pepper powder and enough salt to the above and cook until the ghee shows up. Fry for about five minutes.

SERVE HOT WITH SWEET & HOT SAUCE.
